This role will focus on driving revenue growth across luxury experiences, corporate hospitality, strategic partnerships, and portfolio lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across luxury events, hospitality experiences, member activations, and corporate entertainment programs
Sell VIP memberships, hospitality packages, dining experiences, and premium client experiences
Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, luxury consumers, sponsors, and strategic partners
Build B2B sales opportunities for premium lifestyle and consumer brands within the company portfolio
Expand placement opportunities through luxury hotels, private clubs, hospitality groups, specialty retail, and corporate gifting channels
Prospect and cultivate relationships with luxury brands, hospitality groups, financial institutions, family offices, and lifestyle partners
Generate new business through networking, referrals, events, outbound outreach, and relationship development
Maintain CRM pipeline management, reporting, and consistent follow-up activity
Manage the client experience from initial outreach through renewal and long-term relationship growth
Identify cross-selling opportunities across hospitality experiences, partnerships, and consumer brands
Attend and represent the company at luxury events, activations, and client functions
Host VIP clients during event weekends and hospitality experiences
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support event execution, partnerships, and brand positioning
Support experiential activations, sponsorship initiatives, and co-branded partnership opportunities

Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in luxury sales, hospitality sales, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, premium events, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling high-value B2B programs, partnerships, memberships, or hospitality experiences
Strong communication, networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with high-end clientele and corporate partners
Experience managing sales pipelines, client follow-up, and CRM systems
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling during event seasons
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, equestrian, sports, or private member environments
Existing network within luxury brands, hospitality groups, finance, private aviation, or family office communities
Experience with sponsorships, experiential marketing, premium partnerships, or hospitality activations
Familiarity with luxury events, private member experiences, or curated hospitality programs
Experience working with premium consumer brands, wholesale channels, hospitality amenity programs, or luxury retail partnerships
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
