Family Medicine Physician (Part Time or full time)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician for our growing nonprofit community health based organization. As the Family Physician, you would join a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants treating patients through all walks of life. Our organization has multiple sites throughout Nassau County and we offer a very flexible work schedule. This opportunity would be Monday through Friday with very minimal on call and no weekend coverage. Please see job highlights below for more information.

Title: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Nassau County NY
Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 + full comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:
Performing physical exams and check ups
Reviewing lab results
Giving vaccinations to patients
Checking patient’s blood pressure
Working closely with physicians on staff
Documenting notes in EMR system
Recording medical history
Identifying symptoms and diagnosing patients
Referring patients to specialists
Create treatment plans

Requirements:
Graduate of accredited MD/DO Residency Program
Must be board Certified Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
Active New York Medical License
Strong communication skills
Graduate of accredited Doctorate School Program
Preferred one year Family Medicine Physician experience
