Title: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 + bonus potential

Responsibilities
Lead hands-on QA efforts, including designing, executing, and reviewing both manual and automated testing across enterprise systems
Drive QA strategy, including planning, defect management, and release readiness decisions
Integrate quality early in the development lifecycle by contributing to requirements, design reviews, and acceptance criteria
Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies across workflows, integrations, and data validation
Maintain and enhance test case libraries, documentation, and QA processes for consistency and audit readiness
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing risk-based insights
Champion test automation initiatives where they provide measurable value
Implement and oversee AI-assisted testing approaches with strong quality governance
Establish QA standards including test coverage, severity classification, and release criteria
Mentor and develop QA team members through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing
Partner cross-functionally with developers, analysts, and product leaders to improve overall product quality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a lead role
3+ years working with enterprise systems (ERP platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, etc.)
Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Experience applying AI/LLM technologies within QA workflows
Proven ability to set QA standards, mentor team members, and balance automation with manual rigor
Preferred:
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, TestComplete, etc.)
Knowledge of performance and API testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman, REST Assured)
Programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (Git)
Exposure to AI integrations and LLM APIs
Industry experience in regulated or complex system environments
