Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications across functional areas such as HCM, customer systems, and operations platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Design, build, and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts within Oracle environments
Support data migration efforts including conversion, validation, and reconciliation
Partner with architects and data teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain performance and reliability
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support
Document system configurations, integrations, and technical designs for long-term maintainability
Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise application development or systems analysis
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or similar ERP platforms
Experience supporting configurations, integrations, and extensions in enterprise systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Specialization in one or more areas:
HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Security)
Customer systems (billing, CRM, customer information systems)
Operations platforms (asset management, field service, scheduling)
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or platform transitions
Background in regulated industries (utilities, energy, financial services)
Strong documentation skills and cross-functional communication capabilities
