Salary: $185,000–$110,000 +Benefits and Retirement program

Responsibilities:
Directly coordinate trade contractors and sub-contractors to keep work on schedule and up to quality standards
Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to proactively head off potential problems
Serve as the primary safety representative, enforcing safety compliance across all trades
Build and maintain the project schedule, including contingency planning
Lead daily huddles, pre-task planning, and regular contractor meetings
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Train and mentor Field Engineers and junior Superintendents
Support scope of work development and buyout
Assist with T&M tracking and general requirements financial forecasting
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with owners, unions, and trade partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
7–12 years leading a component or full commercial/industrial project of $30M+ in a superintendent role
OSHA 30-hour and STS-C certified
First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed trained
Strong knowledge of construction divisions, scheduling, and cost control
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction logistics/scheduling software
Ability to enforce a “safety first” culture on site
