We have an exciting new opportunity for an OB/GYN Physician for our growing nonprofit community health based organization. As the Family Physician, you would join a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants treating patients through all walks of life. Our organization has multiple sites throughout Nassau County and we offer a very flexible work schedule. This opportunity would be Monday through Friday with very minimal on call and no weekend coverage. Please see job highlights below for more information.

Title: OB/GYN Physician
Location: Nassau County NY
Salary: $240,000 to $260,000 + full comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities
• Diagnosing and treating conditions: Perform physical exams, pap smears, and breast exams to diagnose and treat conditions that affect the reproductive system
• Managing labor and delivery: Assist with childbirth, including C-sections if necessary
• Providing prenatal care: Perform ultrasounds and fetal heart rate monitoring to check on the health of the mother and fetus
• Offering guidance: Provide advice on family planning, birth control, and reproductive health
• Conducting research: Develop and test new treatments, medications, or procedures to prevent or control disease
• Consulting with other physicians: Serve as a consultant to other physicians or as a primary physician for women

Requirements:
Graduate of accredited MD/DO Residency Program
Must be board Certified OB/GYN Physician
Active New York Medical License
Strong communication skills
Graduate of accredited Doctorate School Program
