We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Manager to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Clinical Site Director, you will oversee a team of Medical Assistants and LPNs while maintaining a hands-on clinical presence within the practice.

Location: Hartford, CT
Salary: $85,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Medical Assistants and LPNs
• Oversee and manage the clinic’s vaccination program
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Partner closely with Pediatricians and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to provide outstanding patient care
• Supervise daily clinical operations and workflow
• Provide direct patient care and clinical support as needed
• Manage clinical inventory and medical supply storage
• Administer vaccinations and other nursing services when appropriate
• Promote quality, efficiency, and excellence in patient care delivery
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Nursing experience
• Prior management experience is not required
• Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for leadership, patient care, and professional growth
