PM – Epic Care Management -Hybrid

We are an academic acute care medical center with a large IT division investing in the communities we serve through comprehensive programs connecting our patients with care and resources leading to improved health outcomes. We are seeking a Product Manager to manage the Epic teams that support Epic products such as Healthy Planet/Compass Rose, Clinical Case Management, and 3rd-party supporting vendor applications. This role is critical to supporting care coordination activities across multiple care settings.
Position: Product Manager-EPIC Care Management – HYBRID
Location: Yonkers, NY
Salary: $116,000 – $155,000
Responsibilities
Manage a team of IT professionals. Oversee and manage projects ranging in size, complexity, and scope.
Manage and prioritize product requests and determine how changes impact the overall system and that of interrelated systems.
Responsible for the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring that the end product meets stakeholder needs.
Oversee the design of workflow for new systems and participate in system go-lives.
Regularly speaks with clients to address and troubleshoot high-level issues. Works closely with the team to deliver high quality customer support.
Interface and work with other departments to identify and resolve issues regarding coordinated efforts to deliver solutions.
Requirements
Experience with any of the following Epic Modules: Healthy Planet, Compass Rose Clinical Build or Clinical Case Management. If candidate does not have upon hire, all 3 of these Epic certifications are required within 3-6 months of start date
Demonstrated experience managing an implementation team and demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Product implementation experience and knowledge of IT for health care, health insurance, care management and/or population health
Excellent critical thinking skills, and strong desktop skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) a
Excellent skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship building skills
