Compensation: $84,000–$116,000 + Full Benefits & Profit-Sharing/401(k)

What You’ll Do:
Drive the change management process under the direction of the Project Manager
Play a key role in monthly cost report meetings, bringing sharp data and talking points
Own project controls procedures: monthly cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting
Expedite material deliveries to keep projects moving
Review and evaluate shop drawings with a sharp, detail-oriented eye
Champion innovative approaches to problems and opportunities
Help grow the business by identifying client needs and communicating value to prospective clients
Build a customer-centric mindset across the team and strengthen client relationships
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management, or general contractor organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore required, CMiC a plus
OSHA 30-hour certification
Working knowledge of MEP systems and contract documents/specifications
Financial acumen: you understand how the numbers translate into business outcomes
A natural ability to build trust, drive accountability, and adapt your communication to any audience
