Title: School Based Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: New York, NY
Salary + Benefits: $135,000 to $165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Sign-on bonus negotiable

Responsibilities of School Based Nurse Practitioner:
• Coordinate all aspects of the School Health Program and manage day-to-day clinical operations
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients at school-based sites and the health center
• Oversee quality assurance, clinical standards, and regulatory compliance across the program
• Lead staff development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure seamless clinical workflows and high-quality patient outcomes in a school-based setting

Requirements of School Based Nurse Practitioner:
• Current New York State Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license
• Current Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
• Valid CPR certification
• Infection Control certification
• NYS Medicaid and Medicare provider numbers
• DOE fingerprinting clearance
• 2–3 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated supervisory and administrative
