Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Wilton, CT
Potential Compensation: 75,000-100,000

What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across client service and support teams.
Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.
Source top-tier talent through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Manage candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, and guide candidates through the interview process.
Represent the firm at recruiting events, including campus and industry networking initiatives.
Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of accounting/finance recruiting experience
Deep understanding of the accounting profession and career paths (CPA knowledge a plus).
Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
