Stacy Spyropoulos began her career with Smith Arnold Partners in 2019 after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Psychology, where her senior thesis focused on organizational attractiveness and employee recruitment. Since joining, she has been on fast track and promoted twice. She has had the opportunity to partner with a wide range of employers in financial services, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, and insurance.

Her focus is on recruiting for accounting, finance, asset management, property management, and administrative positions, while also helping clients successfully fill IT roles. Stacy has a proven track record of growing client relationships, including developing one client and its subsidiaries by building out their teams from the ground up.
