Responsibilities:
• The successful Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the US accounting activities of the organization.
• Utilizing knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles and in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proactively support P&L analysis and cost control initiatives.
• Providing technical expertise regarding accounting transactions.
• Performing ongoing financial control functions in accordance with the company’s internal control policies.
• Supporting the annual audit process including walkthroughs and evidence gathering for external auditors and the group accounting department.
• Assisting with various ad-hoc accounting projects and analysis as needed.
• Diving into ad hoc financial analysis and special projects-you’ll never be bored.

What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus.
• 2-3 years of increasing accounting experience.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365, One Stream, and Power BI preferred but not required.
• Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges, works effectively in ambiguous situations, and adapts behavior in response to feedback and experience.
