In this high-impact role, you’ll develop exciting long-term programs that set the next benchmark for sustainability across multiple business units. You’ll help drive local ESG initiatives, identify energy efficiency opportunities, and design training programs that empower teams to take action. You’ll also lead stakeholder reporting, define new sustainability targets and timelines, secure executive approval, and ensure compliance with both domestic and international regulatory frameworks and methodologies.

Title: Sustainability Program Manager
Location: Providence, RI
Protentional Compensation: $115,000 to $145,000
Your Mission: Lead the Next Era of ESG Excellence
As the Sustainability Program Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming global operations into a model of responsible business. You’ll:
Design and launch long-term sustainability programs across multiple business units to drive local ESG progress.
Identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop impactful training programs to embed sustainability into daily operations.
Lead stakeholder reporting, define new ESG targets and timelines, and secure executive approval.
Ensure compliance with international and domestic environmental regulations and methodologies.
Collaborate globally to implement next-step sustainability goals that align with corporate strategy and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field, Master’s Degree is preferred
Minimum 5 years of ESG experience with a corporation
At least 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Experience continuous improvement strategies, project management, program development
Strong knowledge of international ESG reporting frameworks and California energy related regulations
Experience evaluating and implementing renewable energy operations
Ability to travel
