Title: Technical Accounting SEC Reporting Manager
Location: NYC (Chelsea) Hybrid w/Flexibility
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
Key Responsibilities:
Research and document complex technical accounting issues and new standards
Lead end-to-end processes for ASC 606, ASC 842, capitalized software, and impairment testing
Prepare and review disclosures for SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
Support global accounting operations and monthly close processes
Maintain SOX-compliant protocols and accounting policies
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, R&D, and other teams
Guide and review work of junior accountants
Serve as a key contact for external auditors
Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives
What You Bring:
CPA with a degree in accounting or related field
6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in audit, at least 1 year of management
Strong US GAAP expertise and experience with complex technical accounting areas
SEC reporting experience
Operational accounting experience and ERP system exposure
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
