Title: Epicor Systems Administrator
Location: Fully Remote!
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 +Bonus
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day closing help desk tickets.
You’ll be the go-to person for Epicor, working with teams across manufacturing, finance, operations, and IT to keep the system running smoothly while improving how the business uses it. Leadership sees Epicor as a strategic platform, so you’ll have the opportunity to influence future enhancements, integrations, and automation projects.
If you’re someone who enjoys figuring out better ways to do things instead of simply maintaining the status quo, this is the kind of role where you’ll be able to make a difference.
What you’ll be working on
• Administer and support the Epicor ERP environment (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
• Manage upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and ongoing system maintenance
• Build and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, customizations, and SSRS reports
• Manage user security, permissions, and ERP governance
• Support integrations with other business systems using APIs, EDI, and related technologies
• Work closely with business users to improve manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and financial processes
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
• Help lead future ERP projects as the company continues investing in its technology platform
We’re looking for someone with
• Several years of hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience (Epicor Kinetic is a big plus)
• Experience creating BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and customizations
• Strong SQL Server skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
• A solid understanding of MRP, inventory, production, supply chain, and accounting processes
• Experience with cloud environments, Power BI, REST APIs, Azure, AWS, or .NET technologies is a plus
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity where your Epicor experience will be valued and where you can grow beyond day-to-day system administration, I’d be happy to tell you more. All conversations are confidential.
