What You Will Do

Lead and manage full project lifecycle including scope, timelines, and KPIs
Translate clinical and operational workflows into system design and application configurations
Analyze and improve workflows to support clinical integration and digital initiatives
Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver solutions
Support system build, configuration, testing (unit, integration), and implementation
Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures
Provide expertise on application systems and support team members across projects
Engage clinical and business stakeholders to ensure needs are met and solutions are adopted
Participate in ongoing system enhancements and issue resolution
Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on meeting deadlines and goals
Provide occasional off-hours support as needed

Qualifications Needed:

5+ years of experience supporting Epic or other healthcare/web-based applications
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with healthcare IT systems and clinical integration workflows
Ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience with Epic Mobile/Web applications or related tools
Product Owner experience (MyChart, scheduling tools, CRM, digital platforms, SaaS)
Epic certifications or ECSA
Project or product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
